Wine Walk for Wisdom

Sherrard Academic Foundation Creekside Vineyards Inn and Wine Terrace, 7505 120th Ave, Coal Valley, IL 61240.
This event raises funds for the Sherrard Academic Foundation to supply classroom grants and scholarships for the students of Sherrard Community School District. This 1st Annual Event is designed for those who wish to experience an incredibly breathtaking afternoon of wine, food, music, rolling valleys, and a sense of place. 

Starting at 2pm, enjoy a vineyard stroll speckled with food and wine pairing stations, and live music on the Wine Terrace from 2-5 by Roger Carlson.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL at Sherrard Presbyterian Church

4 consecutive Thursdays starting July 23 & ending August 13 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.  There will be story reading, singing, game playing, craft making, & cooking - all centered around our ministry for this year that we are all woven together by God's love.  VBS is open to all children ages 3 & up.  For more information, contact the church at (309) 593-2411 and leave a message.  We will return your call.

Sherrard Community Presbyterian Church

Coffee & Conversation every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 7:30AM to 9:00AM.

All are invited for a light breakfast & relaxed time to have conversation with your neighbors. 

Coffee, Tea, Juice, Toast, and Sweet Buns are served. 

There is no charge, though donations are accepted.

Sherrard Village Hall is a drop-off location for SHERRARD SCHOOLS who are collecting Box Tops, Prairie Farms caps, Tyson Labels, and Labels for Education throughout the year.

If you would like to save these items, but don't have any children going to the school, you can now drop them off at Village Hall.

These programs help raise money & supplies for our schools.
